Topping Out - you’re never too young or too old to continue reaching the high purposes of God for your life. Working for the Lord means there's no true "top"– only continuous renewal, deeper healing, and expanding opportunities. Each season brings new potential for growth and new beams of character to be added to your life's structure. This construction occurs in a partnership – you offering yourself completely to the One who gave everything for you. As you examine your heart today, commit to building your life in Christ with intentionality. Remember and recognize God’s work in your past and look for the new phases of construction ahead. Where is He placing new foundational beams in your character, your family, or your workplace? Trust that He intends to lead you higher, always higher

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."Colossians 3:23 (NIV)

Do you ever feel like you’ve reached a plateau in your faith?

In construction, when the last steel beam or highest point of construction is laid, builders call it "topping out."

It marks the point where the building stops.

But God’s desire for your life isn’t about reaching a certain point; it’s about continual growth and transformation.

Today’s verse encourages you to pursue every endeavor wholeheartedly, recognizing that your actions, choices, and behaviors are ultimately for Him.

Working for the Lord means there's no true "top"– only continuous renewal, deeper healing, and expanding opportunities.

Perhaps you remember your hunger for God burning brightly in the past–attending church, participating in Bible studies, and passionately serving.

But gradually, that fervor has cooled.

The initial excitement has been replaced by routine, and you feel like you've stopped climbing.

But there’s hope: You’re never too young or too old to continue reaching the high purposes of God for your life.

Trust that He intends to lead you higher, always higher.

Heavenly Father, thank You that You always lead me higher into Your purposes.

Help me glorify You in my work, my family, and my ministry.

Give me the strength and energy to be Your hands and feet to those around me today.

In Jesus’ Name,

Amen.
