What if they are too young to make a decision about eternity when Christ comes back? 

How can we feel as secure about their fate as we do about ours?

The Bible is clear that God's love for all He has created extends to the young child, the infant, the baby yet unborn. 

Those who cannot discern right from wrong, whose minds have not developed enough to understand sin, repentance, grace, and forgiveness, are not held accountable for errors made in ignorance. 

As Jesus welcomed the little children during His earthy ministry, so He will open His arms to them in heaven.

We can indeed be confident that God will include young children in the Rapture, and we know this because of His character, His compassion, the condition He has set forth for salvation, and a powerful example shared in Scripture.
