We are called to something we are powerless to be.
We are called to do things that exceed our ability to accomplish.
Without God it is impossible.
Paul had accomplishments and reputation, but he was taken to the point of powerlessness.
Through that he could understand the strength of God.
Weakness became his door to power.
Search for the Lord and for his strength; continually seek him (Psalm 105:4).
Seeking Jesus is not about the tally of minutes or simply putting in our time.
It has to do with consistency.
Our relationship with Him becomes the platform that gives us confidence in times of distress.
We need a fresh supply of strength because life can be draining.Maintaining a habit of seeking the Lord builds a steady channel of His strength into our lives.
Extremely stressful times demand even more strength, and the Lord is ready to supply it, if we are prepared to ask for it.
Our need is His chance to bless with power.
Challenge for Today: Let your weakness become the door to God’s power.

The General Council of the Assemblies of God
The Scriptures, both the Old and New Testaments, are verbally inspired of God and are the revelation of God to man, the infallible, authoritative rule of faith and conduct.
The one true God has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent "I AM," the Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of mankind. He has further revealed Himself as embodying the principles of relationship and association as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
